I'm back from the conference in Montreal, which was a great success. One of the best things was a wonderful doll-making workshop given by Jhan Groom.
We got to play with a great technique of wrapping cloth around foam and pipe-cleaner. All softness and soothing, colors, fibers, embellishments and energy.
Here's the group of doll makers and the dolls, and here's mine going off to Israel to live. I need to find some foamy stuff around here to make a new one!
